Chef de Cuisine
Responsible for creating and producing canapés, a four-course set menu and petit fours for Hotel Coutettaz guests
Sous Chef
Responsible for supporting our Chef de Cuisine, catering for children and staff evening meals
Breakfast Chef
Responsible for preparing cooked breakfasts, daily specials and afternoon tea for Hotel Coutettaz guests
