Winter

Pilates & Poles: Tuesday 10th to Saturday 14th March 2026.

01.01.2025 / Zoe

Take some time just for you. Escape to the mountains to experience the rejuvenating combination of Pilates and skiing. Morning Pilates warms up your muscles and activates your core, preparing your mind and body for zooming down the slopes; whilst a guided stretching session upon your return leaves you feeling 100% invigorated. No Pilates experience needed, and all levels of skiers/boarders welcome.

There is so much activity packed in we felt completely satisfied and a bit smug as we were hardly missed back home!”

A luxury home from home

Curl into sumptuous armchairs, enjoy wine by the fire, snuggle down into the most luxurious of beds. The Farmhouse hotel is a stylish sanctuary nestled inside the ancient walls of a 250-year-old manor house. Set apart from the hustle and bustle of the ski resort, yet just a stone’s throw from the slopes and the lively village, it’s the perfect place to relax after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

Exceptional food

In the flame-lit dining room laugh amongst (new) friends over freshly made, nourishing and delicious meals, created using the finest seasonal ingredients from our rich Alpine region. A plentiful breakfast is cooked (or continental if you wish) to ensure skiers are well fuelled after morning Pilates, and ready to hit the slopes. A lovely afternoon tea with freshly baked treats is served in the bar area daily.

An incredible ski area

Morzine is the gateway to the vast Portes du Soleil mountains – a paradise for mixed ability skiing and snowboarding. This is one of the largest ski areas in the world with over 600km of groomed piste and excellent opportunities for off-piste. In a stunning location between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, the ski area offers up 228 ski lifts and 12 resorts with incredible views and cross-border skiing between France and Switzerland.

Your fabulous retreat leader and Pilates instructor

Having gained a BSc in Sport & Exercise Sciences from Exeter University in 2000, training as a Pilates instructor was a natural progression for Zoe, who feels a personal calling to help people ‘feel better’ in their mind and body. Sheloves everything about Pilates and believes it is not only a pure exercise form in itself but also the ideal accompaniment to any other activity. With a passion for the health benefits and enjoyment of outdoor activities, she is blissfully happy when in the mountains: climbing up or whizzing down.

Zoe, your enthusiasm and joie de vivre was infectious so you made the whole trip a delight from beginning to end with a perfect mix of work and play .”
