Soak it all in
It’s no wonder Pommier is so bright and sunny. It might be one of our smaller rooms, but it’s spoilt for good views; you’ve two big windows through which to take in the Hotel’s gardens. When you wake, wrap up in your robe, pour a breakfast tea and spot the traditional Mazot and old water trough.

Historic harvest, historic home
The manor’s workers once called Pommier home. And so did the manor’s fruit. This room has been a living quarters and an apple and pear store, once stocked with sweet things destined to become ciders, pies and sauces. Now, however, it’s a little sanctuary – and a guest favourite.
